Providing turnkey business solutions to manage projected growth of their property assets comprising capital investment, business expansion through property development and strategic business alliances. He has incubated and launched a successful Internet Service Provider company that led the change into how internet was sold to New Zealand consumers.
Grendon launched an e-commerce business that sold liquidated retail stock online. Also, a Housing Collective and a $3 Billion Fund devoted to providing disadvantaged families accessible pathways to affordable and sustainable housing options establishing partnerships with multi-national building suppliers, reputable housing manufacturers and a national network of local builders. He also built business relations with housing groups across the country.
